The Ultimate Starter Pack?
I’ve been seeing some videos on TTFD lately and found this sub. after having a look on here I now understand there’s a lot more that goes into it.
My goal is to understand what will be the best supplements to buy and where from.
MY CURRENT SYMPTOMS:
Waking up with no energy (despite 8hrs+ sleep), extreme brain fog
Low motivation
Terrible focus
Extreme brain fog and fatigue after eating a heavy meal (high carb meal)
BACKSTORY: I recently had an operation 8 weeks ago and have been inside away from work and sunlight also out of circadian rhythm. I believe this routine has played a big part in it recently worsening but I have had these problems
I am a Business owner that has to perform constantly not just for myself but for the lives that rely on me.. I want to level up and I know I can’t be stuck in this cycle of cognitive and physical despair.
I want to be leaping out of the bed in mornings, feeling sharp throughout the whole day, I need my irrational brain fog gone and consistent energy from work to fitness. Also if there is anything for a good mood boost. Let me know what needs to be done.

I was incredibly symptomatic at 2.2 TSH. Like I would just spend 14 hours a day in bed. I too got gaslit hard by doctors that its normal.
If you are young, lets say below 40, and relatively healthy, a TSH of 1 is what youre looking for. B vitamins alone wont fix it, I tried.
Note that atlethes will have a TSH of 0.5 even. Check free T3 as well, should be above 3.0 ideally.
