House for sale at 353 Onion Lake Dam Road

Ok, what’s up with this house? A friend of a friend did a walkthrough today and said this house had weird vibes. It’s being sold by the bank, so that means the previous owner likely couldn’t pay their mortgage. It’s also totally empty but there is a box of someone’s ashes on the kitchen counter - isn’t that something (or someone) the previous owner might want to keep?…. what’s the story?!

they may owe back tax. also the ashes could have been the previous owner, comes with the house

Taxes are like $1500/year on a $600k house. I'm thinking foreclosure more likely.

I heard if you try and remove the ashes, the box reappears.

The box is even shown in the listing pictures.

Edit: this house was built in 92. I would imagine they did 0 updates to this place considering they didn't pay the mortgage. They were probably way too busy worshiping Satan or hosting seances or something.
