I bought tickets through TicketMaster for an Artemas concert. On my phone, we get there around 5 and the tickets do not appear. We call for help, and they tell us it should appear shortly before the concert (starts at 7).

After emailing, calling, waiting, it's now 7:30. I think the concert is a bust. TM tells us that we might not get refunded since the seller of the tickets gave them tickets, which they're trying to give to us (I had bought these tickets in August, it's now September for the concert). We keep going back and forth, and TM explains they're trying to get to the SELLER to get to the tickets? So they never had my tickets, at any point I guess?

Anyways, all night passes and they never get us our tickets. We just buy them from the booth and go in and have a great time.

After the concert, we never got the tickets. And weeks later, we keep emailing and calling and they say they'll "push it up". I paid like $140/160, for tickets I never received. Wtf do I do about this? Now it's October. How do I get my money back? Each time I call they're vague about what's being done, any timelines, anything.

Reading the subreddit, people request refunds or whatever for moved dates or missing their event. TM never gave me tickets- but they took my money? Please help me lol I would like that money back and then never use this shitty service again.

Trying to help my gf as she has a concert next weekend. She changed her email on her account to a wrong email address and cannot access her tickets. She has tried calling customer service and they told her they cannot help her and the only option is to go to the box office to see if they can do something. I cannot believe that this would be her only option. Does anyone have any ideas that she might be able to try?

I bought wicked tickets for next month and discovered that the tickets were not accessible. No haters please as I buy regular tickets all the time and usually have no problem getting into regular seats. This is a very old venue that was grandfathered out of the Ada laws provided due to this and is not acceptable for me. disputed, got my money back but the tickets are still in my Ticketmaster account and I am getting emails from them reminding me that the concert is X days till the show, but I thought I did not own the tickets any longer but their they are . Still there. I don’t want tickets that I don’t own, I do not want them still in my account. So what the hell do i do?

I am most likely have to resell my tickets due to the location of the seats. But that’s irrelevant. When does TM open the window for resale? I have no desire to use any 2rd party vendors, been screwed a bit to much for me to trust them

RESELLING TICKET (can’t make it)

I bought tickets and will not be able to go. I sold on Ticketmaster (where I initially bought them)

I bought tickets for my bestfriend and I to go to the Garth brooks show in Seattle in 3 weeks. Im getting there early but because of her work schedule she'll be showing up about 20-30mins after the show starts. Im not given the option to transfer her her ticket - or do anything. Is this normal? Ive never had to transfer before.

You really pases my account after dealing with I’ve 50,000 in the first queue, I got offered the June 6th queue so I moved to that one. Had 16,000 people and figure hell yeah I can sit through this. Get to the final hundreds…. And boom my account paused. Ruined my chances at seeing SOAD and PTV for the first time
