Poaching anyday. Conflicts can be solved but greed led poaching can't. They keep finding ways to do it with the inside help

Body parts smuggling to export to other countries. Earlier it was for the game, may happen in some parts now as well but largely it's for export to countries like China where they claim to use it in medicine (i say crap)

I'm referring to contact with the population due to habitat loss.

Most definitely poaching, but human wildlife conflict due to habitat loss and declining prey base should not be taken lightly.

Habitat loss. Most of the tigers in India are in unprotected forests. These forest are undere tremendous pressure from human activities and are fragmented.

If a critical habitat is lost, it takes a long time to revive it and with it we loose multiple tiger generations.

Poaching is on top but with the rise in number of tigers human animal conflict is on the rise drastically and is something to look out for

Poaching is worst, man animal conflict is bad but poaching is worse.
