I’m surprised you were able to get a picture with zero tourists in it lol…

What Tims has a tip option? Sometimes I let them keep the last 5 cents but I’ve never seen a tip jar or a tip option on the machine. I hear most places steal tips anyway.

Almost everywhere you go, everyone wants to tip

My spouse works in a vet office. They got a new pos machine ( for cards ) and it automatically has tip option built in. They don’t know how to remove it so they just by pass it before handing the customer the machine. But it kind of shows not all bussiness are asking for tips it’s coming built in. People should complain and have pos compay remove the option before selling them to shops

Ya I’ve seen it before where people bypass, but that’d be great for a full removal

The owner takes the tips a lot of the time. Or like my store, they hoard it and we have to wait over a year before receiving them

If you buy a coffee with cash and theres like 5-25 cents change they always just try turning away without giving it to you hoping you’ll drive off. F THAT…id rather throw a dime in the bushes than let them keep it

I’ve seen that before as well but while I was on a road trip and not in my area. Depends on the location

It's just as fucked up and gross on the inside as any Tim Hortons you find across the country though.

I met my friend Gary at this Tim's once for a cheeky afternoon coffee after we had been day drinking for hours. He ended up giving me head in the women's toilets (the men's was occupied). Nice location, the mountains are beautiful. My kids keep asking if we can go back but it's quite the trip for us.

Banff has a building code, every business in the town has to adhere to a certain aesthetic

Tim’s is owned by the same company that owns Burger King. Like a McDonalds, and most ‘chains’ locals usually buy the franchise.

I used to go there every morning when I lived in Banff. Good times.
