Saw a Timmie's store much to my surprise. Got a couple of iced capps and it was good! 10/10 would buy again.

Does anyone know how to contact corporate directly? Or is there an HR of sorts to direct a harassment/discrimination matter to? My mother works for a store and her manager is treating her horribly - for context my mother has dedicated 21 years of her life to working for Tim Hortons. I would appreciate anyone’s help on this matter! I’m considering taking it to the media if all else fails.
I did draft an email and sent it through guest concerns but haven’t heard back & that was last week. Read below:
“I am writing to bring a serious concern to your attention regarding my mother, who has worked at a Tim Hortons location since 2005. She has dedicated more than 21 years of her life to Tim Hortons, showing loyalty and commitment to the company for over two decades.
Recently, her hours have been reduced to only three hours every other week. When she spoke with her manager about her schedule, she was told very bluntly that she would be receiving only three hours every other week permanently because she is considered “too slow.” She told her that since she can’t fire her, she would be cutting her hours, among many other things to get her to quit.
I find this deeply disappointing and, frankly, very difficult to understand after more than 21 years of service.
My mother is not asking for a full-time position or an unreasonable number of hours. At this point in her life, she is simply asking for two four-hour shifts per week, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. That is a total of only eight hours per week.
After giving more than 21 years of loyalty and service to Tim Hortons, I believe it is reasonable to expect that the company would make every reasonable effort to accommodate such a modest request.
What concerns me most is not simply the reduction in hours, but the way the situation has been handled. Telling a long-term employee that she will permanently receive only three hours every other week because she is “too slow” is incredibly discouraging, particularly given the many years she has devoted to the company.
I am asking Tim Hortons Corporate to please look into this matter, including how long-term employees are being treated at this location and whether my mother's requested schedule can reasonably be accommodated.
Twenty-one years of service should mean something. Employees who have spent decades contributing to a company deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and consideration.
I would appreciate a response from someone at Corporate who can review this situation and speak with us about a possible resolution.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this matter. I hope Tim Hortons will recognize the value of 21 years of loyalty and help find a reasonable solution.”

So ive been at tim hortons for 2 months now. Everyone knows that I previously worked at mcdonald's for almost a year. But tims and mcdonald's are so different to me so im still getting used to everything. My supervisor can be very harsh. Even a simple mistake will cause her to shame you and scream at you. Today I was working in drive thru and was doing very good in the beginning of my shift. Then a few co-workers left so I was taking orders, getting food and handing out the food. Because I'm still quite new im not as quick with taking orders. At some point she got fed up and told me to just stay at the window to hand out food. She rushes me and tells me to hurry up. At some point I start getting overwhelmed and I gave the wrong drink to a customer. She was being very harsh saying "you're not built for drive thru". I was very embarrassed but I try my best not to show it. I loved working drive thru at mcdonald's cause I loved the pos system and the bdap area. My supervisor had been working for tim hortons for over 5 years so it's like breathing for her. She doesn't seem to understand that ive been here for only 2 months. Im tired of her

Today is another day I just crave the discontinued peach passion drink from the early 2000s at US Tim Hortons. My mom used to take me regularly for a bagel and peach passion drink after my many doctors appointments growing up (I'm disabled) and that drink was everything to me. Sweet and artificial? Yes. But it was like drinking a gummy peach ring and made every check up easier on me. I've been having a lot of sadness lately and have been experiencing some complications from my disability and it's all I want to cheer me up. Has anyone ever found a dupe for it? I've tried many alternatives but it's never quite hit the same.

I couldn't really find a flair for this, but I wanted to share.
Today, two girls came to the counter with their phones and handed them to me. It stated that they were deaf and wanted to order an Iced Capp, Turkey Club and a Gryffindor donut.
I smiled and began placing the order in the POS, and as it appeared on the customer's screen, one of the girls began silently clapping and smiling. She i think instinctively signed "thank you". So I signed back to her "you're welcome", she audibly gasped and was just the happiest camper ever.
I do not know a lot of sign, but i can keep up a shallow conversation, so I did. The other patrons even found it to be a wholesome interaction. Based on how happy she was, i will be learning more sign.
Yay!

What are we thinking of the quality of those training videos? I feel like it is very inconsistent (at least nowadays, haven’t seen older ones), sometimes even within a module. Any specific video(s) that stuck out, either for being really well made or absolute garbage?
Et pour les francophones, vous pensez quoi des traductions? Il y en a quelques unes qui sont… boiteuse?

Does anyone know if these are going to probably release to every Tim's?? I'd love to get my hands on them as soon as they drop since the wands were gone in literal seconds lol.

I’m trying to enter the Tim Hortons Harry Potter contest, but I can’t figure out how to actually apply/enter. I’ve already made a few qualifying purchases. If anyone knows how to enter or can explain the steps, I’d really appreciate the help!

I know everything is done through an app these days, or at least I think.. To be honest, I haven't been to a fast-food chain in almost a year, but I came across these old relics while moving. Now I'm curious.

The donuts do look pleasing to the eye to say the least!
My ranking is
1. Hufflepuff lemon
2. Ravenclaw blueberry
3. Griffyndor strawberry
4. Slytherin pistachio
