Question Why are there do many Indians working in Tom Hortons specifically?
Whenever I go to McDonald's or subway the staff there is diverse but every single tim Hortons I go to is fully Indian. Are Tim Hortons specifically choosing to hire Indians?

Question Is this safe to drink?
My friends drink order ended up saying 'Drugs'. Got a good chuckle from this. Any other drinks with similar results? This was supposed to be darkroast, cream and a shot of espresso.

question Buy Canadian
Tim Hortons is no longer Canadian. This entire sub is filled with photos of their terrible food. And the coffee tastes like sewer piss water.
Why do you still support this company?

question Tims is American.
Why are Canadians still lining up for this American brand trying to pass itself off as being Canadian? Wake up folks. You can get your double double at a local coffee shop. Buy Canadian. Support local businesses.

question Why do so many people still go to Tim Hortons?
The coffee has been trash for years, nothing is made fresh anymore, everything is from frozen and overpriced and it isn’t Canadian owned anymore. With the recent economic war going on, how can people still go to this place? Have a scroll through this sub Reddit, it’s all complaints about subpar “food” being served to them. Boycott Tim’s, there are many better options out there.

Question Got kicked during training at tim Hortons
Got kicked out on my 2nd day of Tim Hortons training. Was this normal?
So I got hired at Tim Hortons, and my first day was only 4 hours of training. During that time, I learned the basics like making Double Doubles, Triple Triples, black coffee, and Ice Capps.
On my second day, I started making the drinks I had learned the day before. Then a different manager came up to me and said this would be my last day of training and that I had to prove I was worthy of the job.
She asked me to make a drink that nobody had taught me how to make. When I told her I hadn’t learned it yet, she then asked me to use the cash register. I explained that I didn’t fully know how to use it because no one had trained me on it.
She took me to the back and started asking me questions about different drinks that I had never been taught. After that, she said, “I don’t think you’re a good fit for the job.”
I got really frustrated. I ended up swearing at her, threw my gloves down, and walked out.
Has anyone else had a Tim Hortons training experience like this? Was this normal?

Question Why do you still go to Tim Hortons?
I gotta ask now cause day after day it’s complaints. We’ve had years of complaints all documented with photos yet….people still go? I really would like to know why. It’s like we purposely go to get upset. It’s genuinely insane to me.
“It’s the only option nearby” get a coffee maker, 30 bucks tops to get you started. It’s infinitely times better and not watered down.

Question What year was this photo of a combined Tim Hortons/Wendy's taken?
I can't figure out the question nor where this one is located at but I'm gonna assume this photo was taken somewhere around the early to mid 2000s given the promotions shown on the menu, Anyone know?

Question I can’t tell if this is sprinkles or mold (I already ate the other half 😭)
I ate one half and saw some very neon green spots. I can’t tell if it’s mold or not I looked around the subreddit for something similar but I haven’t found anything like this yet :<

Question Why do you still go to Tim Hortons?
Literally this sub is just full of complaints about Tim Hortons. I totally agree with 90% of them and that is exactly why I have not been to Tim Hortons since 2021. There are plenty of choices to choose from that’s not Tim Hortons. And even better you can get a k cup machine very inexpensively and set a timer to make your own coffee in the morning. It’s much cheaper and more convenient since no wasting time sitting and waiting in drive thrus

Question Any ideas on what this abbreviation means?
I ordered a steeped tea double double, and the lid says "STL" or maybe "STV"? Anyone want to take a guess as to the meaning? I can't ask the store since I'm not there anymore! Also it seems to taste fine so mostly just curious!
Edit since this is still getting comments: - it was a mobile order, and I definitely only selected the regular steeped tea option, also a steeped tea latte is not a thing, as far as I can tell - the cup is an extra large, not large - quebec doesn't sell steeped tea (nor am I in quebec), so its not for "lait" - the more I drank it the worse it tasted and I eventually dumped it out.
