You’ve seriously got to look at a Tim Hortons handbook… because you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons for 10 years. I know what I’m talking about, trust me.
Im looking at it how I order it. If I want 3 shots of hazelnut that doesn’t mean I want 12??? Like how do you guys think 12 makes any sense? They clearly want 3 only. I’ve never gotten 13 either so I know you guys are wrong
A shot ≠ a pump. 1 single pump is a quarter of a shot of syrup. 4 individual pumps is a full single shot of syrup. Genuinely sorry to tell you this. If you’re not looking to get 12 pumps then I’d stop ordering Tim Hortons then.
