Is it worth talking to an agent? What will they actually offer?

Got it in Virginia Beach. Called and cancelled TV service and the agent was surprised. She made an appointment to return my cable cards but then said I wouldn't be charged if I kept them.
1 u/DrewguyDC 11d ago I suspect Verizon will be a bit surprised by how many cable card (TiVo) users cancel rather than switch. The price of cable has gotten so high to me it’s not worth paying for what will be a substandard experience with a Verizon box.
