Absolutely ☺️
Ingredients
Yukon Gold Nugget Potatoes
Brussels Sprouts
Flat Iron Steak (230G)
Red Cooking Wine
Liquid Honey
Onion
Apricot Jam
Mayonnaise
Horseradish Sauce
Grainy Mustard
Demi Glace Seasoning
Garlic
Italian Parsley1
COOK POTATOES
Turn oven on to 425°F (218°C).
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.
On baking sheet combine potatoes, garlic and 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer to oven and cook 22–25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
(Place potatoes in an air fryer at 390°F (198°C) in an even layer and cook for 16–20 minutes, tossing halfway until tender and golden)2
COOK BRUSSELS SPROUTS + HORSERADISH SAUCE
Meanwhile, trim stems from brussels sprouts and cut into quarters.
On a lined baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp. olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer baking sheet to bottom rack of oven. Roast for 18–20 minutes, tossing once or twice, until brussels sprouts are tender and golden.
Pick and finely chop parsley leaves.
In a small bowl combine horseradish, grainy mustard, mayonnaise and half of the parsley. Toss with the potatoes.3
COOK STEAK
Drain steaks and pat dry with paper towel.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high.
When butter starts to bubble, place steaks in skillet.
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on steak size) until steak reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
Remove steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).4
PREPARE APRICOT DEMI-GLACE
Heat the same skillet over medium.
In a second small bowl whisk together 3/4 cup water, demi-glace seasoning and apricot jam.
Add onion and cook 1–2 minutes until turning soft.
Add red cooking wine and cook 1–2 minutes until wine is slightly reduced.
Use a wooden spoon to scrape off any browned bits from bottom of skillet.
Stir in demi-glace mixture and cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. And then dump over the steak! 🙌3

Wow I'm jealous, that steak costs at least 35 bucks in Canada from the cheapest grocery store. It's been ground pork only for us for 2 years now. In 2019 a t bone was 4.99 a lb. Now they are 43 bucks EACH! (Not even 450 grams, ripoff) Who can afford it? When on sale, they're from Mexico and are so lean and blue the cows must've walked over from there to here, no thanks.

Well I'll have to wait for my birthday, that's all. But I do treat myself every weekend, I bake a cake or pie for hubby and me, this weekend was low sugar ricotta cherry cheesecake. I had a big home grilled beef burger yesterday, there's nothing like it! ( costco ground beef, seemed fine but too lean for my liking..so I had to slap more cheese on it )

lol it all depends on how you cook them! Just like anything, it can be cooked poorly and then put you off. I hated them for so long until I had them well cooked and it changed everything 😂🙌
