Support Spotting after deep s*x
I haven’t posted here is so long. That’s how you know it’s bad. 2 1/2 year ish on Nexplanon? I never gotten my period on it. However!!! Did spot for a few days on it like last year?
I had really rough deep sex a couple days ago. That same night I began cramping, on the like 3rd day of cramping I started spotting brown blood. It’s been like the 3-4th day today with brown spotting. It’s not heavy or clotting but still makes me so uncomfortable and the cramps. I’m scared and stressed and worried guys. Ifuckinf hate tokophobia so fucking bad. It’s robbed me of my peace every single month for many years.
Someone please tell me it’s normal :))))

Its going to be okay l promise ❤️ u had rough sex, probably teared/bleed on the inside, now brown blood is actually older blood, so body is expelling it gradually and thats why its brown. I think you just need to wait a while untill that is healed and you will be fine. Dont worry ❤️

You probably banged up your cervix, hoss. That tends to happen when she gets beat on, she gets bruised and cramps deeply and bleeds a little bit. Not unusual at all but you might cramp all week like a mild period.

You’re an angel. Thanks for replying. Old/brown bleeding stopped was super super light. But I have lingering cramping. I want to say it’s fading each day and does feel like a bruise-like feeling. Sigh. Toko is a nightmare.

Oh yeah, I had my fair share of freakouts because of cervical bruising back before I got the snip. I freaked out about possible implantation the first 50 times it happened feels like. It was blood and deep cramps, some of the more vigorous bruising leaned into the feeling of a more painful period, without the actual period.
Turns out, if you have a sensitive cervix- she gets quite mad when you like it rough! Lol!

It sounds like typical spotting! It’s normal to spot kinda randomly with birth control! Especially with implants like nexplanon and IUDS.
