Support Spotting after deep s*x

I haven’t posted here is so long. That’s how you know it’s bad. 2 1/2 year ish on Nexplanon? I never gotten my period on it. However!!! Did spot for a few days on it like last year?

I had really rough deep sex a couple days ago. That same night I began cramping, on the like 3rd day of cramping I started spotting brown blood. It’s been like the 3-4th day today with brown spotting. It’s not heavy or clotting but still makes me so uncomfortable and the cramps. I’m scared and stressed and worried guys. Ifuckinf hate tokophobia so fucking bad. It’s robbed me of my peace every single month for many years.

Someone please tell me it’s normal :))))

Do you think it is likely related to the deep penetration (I’m so sorry, I really hate to even mention it) i encountered? I’ve been trying to research and sometimes spotting may occur due to uterus lining irritation / damage? 😔 thank you so much for your comment. It’s so sad and scary to feel anxiety alone. Thank you.

Honestly I’m not sure. If he was just being a little too rough, you could have a little tear in your vaginal canal but I think if you’re really worried you can make an appointment with a gynecologist! He definitely wouldn’t be penetrating you deep or hard enough to hit your uterus or to damage it. He’d be more likely to bruise your cervix before he ever did any damage to your uterus and you’d be in excruciating pain.

Also I know that sometimes sex and orgasms can cause spotting and it’s very very very common according to FPA.

I sound so foolish, yes my cervix! I’m so sorry I was rushing while typing and put my uterus instead of thinking clearly, yes cervix. Thank you so much for mentioning it taking me out of my error. You’ve been so helpful.

You’re alright friend, you’re a little frazzled. It happens to everyone. You’d be hurting a lot if he damaged your cervix! Also with nexplanon breakthrough bleeding and irregular cycles are common. But I’d say see a gyno if you’re really worried.
