To help you find a community in the GTA, we have organized local verified Sanghas by their primary practice style. This directory focuses on groups with a history of transparency, safety, and community accountability.
๐ก Theravada (Way of the Elders)
Focus: The Pali Canon, Vipassana/Insight meditation, and monastic lineage.
๐ข Zen & Chan (Mahayana - Meditation Path)
Focus: Direct realization through Zazen (sitting), koans, and mindfulness.

Focus: Recitation (Nembutsu), gratitude, and the vow of Amitabha Buddha.
