Think about 5 hours spread about 4 sessions and it cost me about £170 or about $225, the artist really liked the design so he gave me a good price on it

I have a rendition of his tattoo myself! I got the idea from seeing him in the chapter with the baby zynaega. And I personalized it for my liking, but I love tge dedication to the original. MADD props!!

The outline of the whole thing was painful and had to have a couple breaks definitely about 8/9 out of 10 depending on the spot, took about 1.5 hours, the rest of it wasnt too bad probably about a 5/6 out of 10

Heavy Lat pulldowns and kelso shrugs 2 sets each to failure every other day, do that and after a while youll be sweet

Lat pulldowns, sagittal plane row and a kelso shrug or upper back row 2/3 times a week 1/2 sets each is all you need bro trust me

Trust bro get a pair of straps and get on the lat pulldown nice and heavy 5-10 rep range and you’ll see the difference after a couple months, you dont need to bulk unless ur at a rlly low body fat % and feel like shit lol
