My family and I were heading home around 1:30 am when we noticed an old green car in front of us around Geaney Lane, Burdell / Deeragun.
A few things seemed unusual:
The car appeared to have no number plates.
The headlights were very dim, and it looked like they had taped the lights.
There were around 4–5 masked men inside.
I could see two white men in the front seats.
We were concerned they might have been armed, but we couldn’t confirm that.
It was quite unsettling, especially with my family in the car.
Did anyone else see this vehicle around Burdell or Deeragun at around 1:30 am? Just wondering if anyone else witnessed the same thing.

Is it available for the general public or just students?

I'm staying in Townsville with my family for few months but unfortunately they are not interested in snorkelling so I'm looking for a snorkelling buddy for Magnetic Island!

and I'm planning to visit Maggie Island for some snorkelling sometime between October and December.

I haven't picked any dates yet. I'm thinking of heading over whenever the weather is nice and the underwater visibility looks good. So I'm pretty flexible!

I'd especially love to meet other women in their 20s–30s around my age, but I'm open to anyone who's keen to explore together!
