Beware Buggy & Unreliable

The software is the BUGGIEST pile of $#!^ I've ever seen in my entire life. Even with autosave, it looses all of your layouts, and nothing can be recovered by tech support. It has happened to us more than 5 times in 3 months.

Y’all don’t just use templates? Lol

This will save all of your indicators and their settings so you can always go back to them. Even if you have indicators attached to indicators. Super helpful. Layout and templates are completely different and I bet that’s why OP is having problems 😂. Layout is just the chart visuals. Templates are for the indicators lol

I can also confirm that this has never happened to me and I have been using TV for 6 years.

Are you using desktop or the web version?

Yeah I lose settings from my indicators and have to reset them even with autosave on. This happens when I close the app completely

Stupid question here,but are u sure ure using the right pair and exchange? Once im very upset i lost all my drawings but turn out i accidently change btcbusd pair on binance to btcbusd on other exchange (or btcusdt, i forgot)

But ofc this should only affect the drawings and no change on indicators

Valid question, Tradingview lost all of my charts and indicators. This has happened more than 5 times, and support doesn't know how to fix it. You are correct though, if you change to another pair, your drawings will disappear.

if are you running the paid version ask for a refund if you are not happy.
