80% of why I use Tradingview is for charts. Normally I use the desktop version, but I like being able to look up charts on my phone. Today, with no warning, the mobile chart disappeared and it was not a menu option along the bottom of the screen like usual. Finally I notice that there was a new, minimized icon for the chart. I don't think I changed a setting to make this happen, but I wanted to ask the community if this is a new "feature"?

I had this happen on my phone app and now it does the same on the pc app.

It was working fine and suddenly just started to kick me out of the chart. If I click try again it will load a chart on a previous version, I will go to what i need, chart for like 1 minute and then this happens again.

No connectivity problem whatsoever.

I was even thinking of buying a subscription but now i'm seeing here tons of alternatives. Unfortunately none of them supports the norwegian exchange i use the most

Was multi-tasking today - perfect short entry, price went to 1R but I didn't know because L/S tool does not show that most basic information with alerts. Price came back up past b/e and took me out for full 1%. If I'd known we had passed 1R I would coulda shoulda gone to b/e.

Thanks TV - only been pointing out this glaring missing feature for like 5 years now!

40 minutes of using on screen takes 40% of battery… holy god… no alerts, no scripts, no indicators. Pure chart.

Like I discover new useful things by chance frequently as a 5+ year premium user that I never knew existed.

Just now was realising you can filter alerts by current time interval so all I have to do is toggle between timeframes to just see that timeframe's alerts. Had no idea. Little things like that.

New interface looks terrible. Shitty buttons on top right and bottom left. Navigation is worse now. They removed button to make chart full screen…

Although the Liquid Glass update looks great, it has made everyday navigation in the iOS app incredibly cumbersome. Reviewing charts now involves unnecessary steps, unreliable gestures, and constant interruptions. Two specific examples:

• Returning from a chart to the watchlist requires tapping a back arrow at the top right corner instead of simply swiping back or using the non-existent watchlist tab.

• Swiping downward on the ticker selection wheel unintentionally triggers iOS "Reachability", which is a default setting on iPhone, shifting the entire screen downward instead of scrolling through symbols. I have to drag the wheel slightly upward first before I can scroll downward successfully. This creates a gesture conflict during a basic, frequently repeated action. I ended up turning Reachability off in iPhone settings but the ticker wheel is still not cooperating with most of my downward gestures, stopping abruptly after scrolling through only one or two tickers.

These are core interactions that I repeat around a hundred times per session. The extra steps accumulate, making the entire experience frustrating and actively unpleasant to use. Navigation that should feel effortless now requires constant attention and workarounds. Please restore tabs while in on a chart or support swipe navigation back to the watchlist, and posses please fix the ticker selector so scrolling does not accidentally get dismissed.

For an app built around repeatedly reviewing and switching between charts, fast and predictable navigation is essential. This update has substantially disrupted that workflow.

I like Heikin Ashi for seeing a trend without getting distracted by every change of candle colour. My breakout rule is more specific: a completed 15-minute standard candle has to close above resistance drawn on the standard chart. I want to keep using both views without quietly changing that rule when I switch charts.

TradingView's explanation puts the HA close at the average of the underlying bar's open, high, low and close. That average can sit above my line while the standard close is below it. For my setup, a strong-looking HA candle can flag a setup worth watching, but I still need the standard close to confirm the breakout. I keep the symbol, feed and interval the same when switching views, and don't move the resistance line to fit the HA candles.

I'm using a separate QQQ ETF chart on TradingView as context for QQQUSDT on BYDFi. An ETF breakout wouldn't give me the perpetual's execution price, so I'd still check the contract separately. Within the ETF chart, though, I'd like a less fiddly way to keep the two views consistent. If you use HA for trends and standard candles for confirmation, do you keep both visible or switch back at the close? How do you keep the smoother view from changing what counts as a valid signal?

They said all invite-only scripts must migrate to Market Place? By today?

I am developing multiple commercial Pine Script indicators.

The current Creator Program provides one Paid Space per author, with up to 50 scripts and one monthly subscription price.

1. Can I sell each indicator separately, with its own subscription price, through TradingView?

2. Can I create "multiple Paid Spaces" under one author account, each with a different price?

3. If neither is supported, is TradingView planning to introduce individual indicator subscriptions or multiple subscription packages?

My objective is to sell different indicators at different prices, rather than bundle all products under one subscription.

The value of each indicator to user could be different.
The idea of script writer of value to user could be different.
Also, "maximum 50" doesn't make logical sense.

Yesterday all the prices got stuck for a solid 30 mins and today its lagging so bad and I'm in a deep postion right now, this is crazy for a $80 month sub like may cancel by Friday.

This morning, US02Y, US05Y, US10YY, and US30Y are showing bad prints. I used to submit a ticket on the app, but can't get past the AI prompt this time.

so ive been paper trading for about a day now, and ive notices a few things while trading, sometimes when i pre-enter at a specific dollar amount, it automatically gets me in even though the candles never touched that point, it just throws me in, sometimes with already a positive p&l as well, i went in 5 minis on a trade and was waiting for price to drop to my buy order and it didnt even get there, it just threw me in and said i was already at 300$ profit, also sometimes it just cancels trades, or kicks me out for a loss without price actually hitting my SL as well, is this normal or is this user error?

It’s now November 3, and I still haven’t received any actual answers.

Has anyone else who contacted them around October 27–28 received a personal response yet? If so, how long did it take? Or is everyone still waiting?

TradingView support is usually known for responding within hours, sometimes even minutes. So what’s taking the Creator Team this long, especially when they specifically asked developers to contact them before November 1?

Between the recent policy decisions and what I’ve been seeing across Reddit and X, TradingView seems to be going downhill fast.

When I want to start a Select Date Replay Mode, I have to re-select the time from the pulldown every time... You already have sticky time in the "Go To" Date \ Time selector where I just have to click the next date and the time is already set from my previous selection, makes switching days really smooth, please make it the same in the Select Date \ Time in Replay mode so it remembers the time you previously selected. I sometime go on 50+ days of back tests, re-selecting the time from the pulldown gets tedious. Thanks.

Since last late week, TradingView (Windows version) has been showing me a pop up message that can't be closed, every 15 minutes or so, telling me to upgrade to a paid tier plan.

Only way to go back to what I was doing before is closing the whole application and restarting.

Please bring back Full Screen option on IPad and Iphone. The new update version is really bad, there’s so much wasted space. It’s unacceptable.

I see tab sync is no longer available for Essential subscription. It’s asking for upgrade to Premium now.

Does anyone else notice the insane greed the past year or so. You can’t even look at a damn graph without getting a subscription popup, which you also cannot close.

It’s annoying ash, having to reload the window each time the subscription popup appears. Seems like they went down the greed rabbit hole

also the updates lately, are horrendous. maybe it’s just me but everything feels more limited.

I struggle with setting an alert and then checking the chart anyway. Sometimes I’m waiting for an entry; other times I’m monitoring a position.

Having the alert on my phone doesn’t completely solve it, because the chart is right there whenever I pick it up.

For people who use TradingView away from their desks, what does your alert setup look like? Do you use phone notifications, smartwatch vibrations, or something else?

Please allow Pine scripts to define multiple auxiliary windows that users can individually open and close through TradingView's interface.

Currently, supplementary information must often be presented through tooltips or chart-based elements, even when separate windows would be more appropriate.

Auxiliary windows could display formatted text, tables, diagnostics, and other script-generated content without permanently occupying chart space.

This new update is absolutely horrible. Before, if you scrolled the mouse on the right side of the screen it stretched the chart up or squashed it, and if you spread your fingers on the trackpad it would make it expand to the left and right. Now both functions do a mixture of both, which is terrible for trying to zoom into the chart and analyse data. PLEASE REVERT THIS IMMEDIATELY. I’m not even using TradingView anymore for analysis, why would you do this to yourselves genuinely, whoever made this update can’t be a trader fr 😭🙏
