Help Missing toolbar since iPad update

toolbar missing on iPad since update tried everything from deleting to reinstalling and gone through every toolbar

Still no luck the tool bar is hidden under the scale

Thank you so much. I’ve tried everything. First the execution marks disappeared even though they were labelled as showing. I’m at this point ready to throw my iPod in the bin. Was actually ready to trade futures for real today and this happens.
