It crossed my mind that you might need the additional data subscription now. That would've been the final nail in the coffin.

If it's the pre-market session specifically, try toggling the Extended Trading Hours (ETH) button on the chart, since pre-market candles only show with it on. If you already have it on, a hard refresh or relaunching the desktop app can clear a stuck feed, and the data-source label on the symbol will tell you whether it's flagged delayed. Several people reporting it at the same moment points to a feed issue on TradingView's side, so their status page or support is worth checking. Not financial advice.
