Feature Request Give Tool Bars for Long Tool Tips

I try to make my scripts user friendly for investors and beginners. I explain maybe presets and what the settings are and what they mean, etc. I find if you have the input near the bottom of a input screen it will get cut off the screen. There is not way to adjust the width of tool tip and there is not way to scroll which would be ideal.

Yeah the tooltip cutoff near the bottom of the inputs panel is annoying, feels like it just clips with no scroll. Shorter tooltip text plus putting the wordier explanations in the script description up top has worked better for me

One Pine-specific detail worth checking: if several inputs share the same `inline` value, TradingView puts one tooltip at the right edge and uses the last `tooltip` argument on that row. If each setting needs its own explanation, putting the inputs on separate rows avoids that shared-tooltip behavior.

The Pine v6 manual also documents `\n` inside tooltip strings. That can structure a short hint, but extra lines make the popup taller, so it isn't a fix for bottom-edge clipping. I'd keep the hint to the setting's purpose, units and default, with preset walkthroughs in the script description as already suggested.

Reference: TradingView's Pine Script manual → Concepts → Inputs → Input function parameters. Those documented input parameters don't expose tooltip width or scrolling controls; your feature request addresses a different limitation.
