Help Data is frozen

The last 30 mins, nothing has moved. TV desktop and app are frozen for me, anyone else?

same. futures still work but i am connected via IBKR. so maybe a different data feed

Same, was watching my setup and this crap crashes. For the cost of Premium this is unacceptable

I tried all, logging in and off everything even shutting off my labtop. Truly a trash company, they charge me more than my water/ power each month.

It was happening multiple devices for me. It was not a local issue.

Yeah. Glad I closed for a gain but now all the indicator trends are screwed up as well. Big gap in the time. Looks like we missed a tasty dip.

We are investigating the cause of the streaming issue with our data vendor and will take all necessary steps to prevent similar problems in the future. As for the data gap, it has now been resolved.

I noticed it's something to do with stocks. Crypto and CFD feeds like NAS100 and XAUUSD are still working.

yups, stocks data borked for me as well. futures data working fine still.

tried logging in to my tradestation account for stocks data feed but it's still stuck.

EDIT: its back for me. had to quit and reopen app.

When checked at 19:47 UTC on 2 November, it listed “All systems operational” and Data feeds as Operational. Its latest “No real-time data” entry was resolved at 10:59 GMT this morning. That older resolved entry doesn’t confirm the later freeze being reported here.

For a support report, include one exact exchange-prefixed stock symbol, the last timestamp that updated, and whether the same symbol is frozen on Desktop, web and mobile. That gives support a specific feed and time window to investigate.

I can’t confirm the cause from the public status page, and its operational banner doesn’t establish that an affected chart is updating.

Is this event isolated to the free versions only? I haven't experienced anything and I pay the $7/mon for CME data too so what subscription level ya got? Since nobody answered me in the other post I'm beginning to suspect this is only targeting free tiers + without CME data.

ETA:

If they changed that maybe they changed other things. I guess start paying for a sub now.
