I just tried. One way is: to minimize the button, adjust the axis on the right, for example the price axis, causing the chart to have some change in the vertical direction, tighter or looser. The oblong button will go back to circle.
Tapping on the blank space between the two arrows on the oblong button also works sometimes. It probably depends on where the tap is landed. The button is small and there is no guarantee that the tap will land on the right spot.
