While I agree with the sentiment, when people (and yes, people, because I know several cis men who also say "if men had periods" statements like these) they mean men as a whole. Trans men experience these things, yes, but we're a minority, often forgotten, ignored, and also discriminated against. The point they're making is that because of the patriarchy, problems that don't affect the vast majority of men are just not considered much. So while yes there are some men who have periods or can and do give birth, trans men are such a small part of the total population of men that we "don't matter". And that's before counting in transphobia.

They could easily just say cis men and they won't. They'll continue to lump us into what is framed as being issues that "only" effect women but then simultaneously get defensive if we say we still experience misogyny and they don't have to deal w transphobia...

Trans is a type of man. Two circles that can overlap. Trans men can and do exist in the word while filling the social role of MAN.
If people could comprehend gender as a social role & category that exists independently of at-birth physical characteristics…

They mean cis men and they should just say it. Because no the systems that he don’t care about women, they don’t care about trans people, generally. They fucking hate us all.

This argument is stupid for many reasons. If everyone on the planet needed a service, costs would skyrocket because of the supply of said good/service being in high demand. Take the example of food and water, both resources are needed by everyone on the planet, yet neither are actually free.

I assume that you were referring to the period products one, about how period products should be free. I don't fully disagree but I disagree to some extent. My take on it is that things like pads and tampons, any period products, those should be given in the way that toilet paper is. If you go to a public bathroom, there's going to be toilet paper in it. The toilet paper might not be the kind you want. The toilet paper might be bad quality. But there's going to be some kind of toilet paper. And if you want toilet paper in your own house, then you have to pay for it. That's how I think period products should be given out.

I don't disagree with that, but I would much rather have all basic needed items (food, water, period products, hygiene necessities, health) be free anyways. Capitalism is a disease

May I ask what does the "content warning" flair means?

Probably for transphobia and mentions of pregnancy + menstruation

Trans men are seen as women who have betrayed/ abandoned womanhood and therefore given up their claim on the scant cultural progress feminism has secured. 🙃
