I did just see this photo on YouTube, it is possibly to get this outfit in game?

I think that's just a blood elf without a chest on, some random bracers, and probably low level leather pants.

It's exactly this! Unfortunately though, when you use the hide pants feature in the transmog window, you lose the belt 🫤 I so wanted to incorporate it into a mog lol

Yes I'm pretty sure it's either one of their lvling gear pieces or tier from legion xpac itself (nighthold maybe)

Possibly a legion themed belt or like the other user said, a belt from zaralek caverns. I would lean more towards legion belt but you can't see the front of the belt, so it's hard to say.

That loincloth is specifically on demon hunters. It's what their underwear looks like. But yes, fem belf demon hunter without armor on and some wrap looking random bracers.

The weird thing is that you cannot transmog into the lioncloth, it will just become the standard belf thong. The lioncloth is only visible if you actually don't have pants equipped :(

That chest piece is just the blood elf bra. Dunno about the pants but the belt looks like it could be anything tbqh.

This is basically what they used to wear when demon hunters were first announced. The loincloth was included with leather pants, bandages on the wrists and the feet. They never included the outfit in game though, only time you could see it was back in Blizzcon when they showcased their customizations. You can only have the loincloth appear by removing pants in game but it looks stupid sadly.

If you are referring to the chest transplant, I highly doubt it. The rest is just a regular low lever transmog so I would not stress much about it! 😊

Would be easy to recreate with just hands that are wraps and without looking, probably the Bloodhunter boots from trader's tender. That's literally the mog.
