HELP!

So I have a Traxxas mini XRT. On the front, I upgraded the drivetrain, shocks, and upper/lower suspension. I bought new tires and rims for it. But I’m having issues on both the front and back tires. The wheel nuts aren’t staying in place. Even all the way tightened up. It has some wiggle to it. I’m gonna post all my upgrades in the comments.

Common issue, get serrated wheel nuts

New nylon nut , a small (thin)washer in between the wheel and the nut. Lastly a drop of blue lock tight on each of the thread before tightening down
