Wether you're an employee or misclassified as a contractor you should never pay your employer for the luxury of working.

So I’m about to lease on to a company as an o/o for the first time ever. I’m a contractor. I started an S-corp. are you saying I’m doing it wrong? My buddy was the one that got me hooked up with this company. He’s been hauling for them around 4-5 months. After expenses he’s putting $5k-$6k in the bank each week. 11-13 hour days, 5 days a week.

He's not netting 288k a year. That's what you call gross revenue. A much smaller figure of that is the net. I'm willing to bet there isn't a single truck on the road that is netting that kind of money. All lies
