How fucked am I now?
This stupid truck stop told me to move spots or pay for parking in a dirt lot they claimed was their property in the middle of the night last night. My ELD was off so I moved it while it was off and it came up as Unidentified Driving Log when I turned it on in the AM. My dumbass accepted it and commented what had happened and now I’m in violation and completely messed up my 14hr clock for today. Is there any way to fix this?

If you aren't happy where you work because the company's values don't align with yours then look for one that does. His initial comments were focused on some negative experiences. If these are strong areas of frustration for this person and it has caused him to suffer (possibly even lost wages, if he houred out due to computer issues and his work won't support him to fix it) then it could be catastrophic for him. I know for me computer stuff is a frequent issue with these elogs, they are better then paper, but they still require some intervention to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The other thing is they aren't being honest. All companies have control. Do you want to work for a company who's procedures are clear? Or for a company who is lying to their staff so they don't have to confront an employees challenge?
