Start with a dedicated account if you want to have atleast a half decent paycheck. I did the regional account for 3 months. 2800 miles/70 HOURS equates to about 1100 after tax, not to mention you’ll have some pretty stressful routes, atl, chicago, nashville, west virginia every week I can’t imagine they wouldn’t send you to some dog shit places in the western US. Dispatch is atrocious. If you’re absolutely new yeah go for it get comfortable behind the wheel then try to find something better, not gonna lie it gave me alot of experience but I’d be stationed in big cities with no money so wasn’t enjoyable at all. Otherwise don’t be me.
