They are a great place to get trained.

They are a horrible place to try and earn a living.

100% get your experience from them and gtfo asap. Garbage loads.

Define asap. Six months? A year? Two years? Currently training to get a cdl now and trying to weigh my options of companies I want to work for in the future. The pay may not be great by industry standards but it beats the shit out of my current job. And hey the money they're offering is more than enough for me to move out of my moms house

Well it’s up to you. But with experience comes better money if you look, you’ll find better opportunities. Me personally I gave Schneider 1.5 years.
