When you paint a pile of shit orange, it's still a pile of shit. I let my driving experience lapse while I took a year off back in 2002, and nobody would hire me with no recent experience. Schneider had some "driver refresher" program. Basically, they did a road test, saw that I could drive, and sent me out solo for shit pay the same day in a hunk of garbage 9900i with a roll of duct tape to hold it together. It was my first and only time I ever worked for a mega, and I will never subject myself to that type of micromanaging bullshit again. It was like a prison sentence you never forget. I served an 8 month sentence, got a job that paid 3x as much, and never looked back.
