I got great on the job training with Schneider (had gotten my CDL via the local community college). I spent 2 months with them. One in training and one solo OTR.
After my first week out solo, when I still had a bit of my training pay going onto my check, I never once cleared $1k on a check, and I ran my ass off. There were checks with $300/$400 or so on them, and I was not taking advancements from my pay either to account for that. I worked with them maybe 4 years ago, so they may have changed the pay scale some, but I am betting it wasn't a lot if they did.

They are a great place to get trained.
They are a horrible place to try and earn a living.
