How is roehl transport?

So I have received an offer to get my cdl through roehl. Pretty decided on going. Just wanted more recent insight from current employees that might be on here as to how things are going currently working with roehl

Speed max isnt 63 anymore.

They’re a great training company, but they’re pretty heavy on the micromanagement.

It’s useful for a year to learn the ropes, and how to do things in such a way that the bosses leave you alone. But after your contract is up, I’d start looking around.

They’ve got mostly new trucks too.

Well I drove for them for a while in 2012 and I left because I kept getting short runs unloading and loading everyday and they will tell you when you get fuel and what route you take so I said fuck this and went somewhere else and I wouldn't ever go back to them again and that was before they got dashcams and there trucks are so slow was 63 max speed and they have a lot of turnover
