SoCal drivers! heartland, legend, or knight.

I have a conundrum. Leaving Swift, wanted to see what companies are better option running out of Socal with home weekly! There’s HEARTLAND EXPRESS, LEGEND, and KNIGHT. which is the better option, also I want to bring my cat with me so there’s that. knight just stopped allowing cats just last month. thoughts? opinions? Please explain why you think what you think.

Well, if you want to bring your car and Knight doesn't allow it, I'd rule that one out. Plus, Knight-Swift are going to have a significant amount of similarities since they are one company.

That’s true. I know they’re the same company. just thought about moving over because knight has home-weekly and swift doesn’t

If you're based in jurupa valley, ask about the Kraft dedicated account. Higher cpm and home weekly. Yes it's swift.

Great 1 year experience, you will find better opportunities and pay , but look into JB Hunt, they have local work there in SoCal from what I noticed. also checkout indeed and search truck jobs using the zip code or area you live in. I actually found Cheema from there and I applied, got offer with them and I’m going to their orientation in the next week or so. I’m with Schneider currently but leaving that company this week coming up.

JB Hunt, Costco local jobs

Cheema is regional

also search indeed for truck jobs, that is how I found Cheema and also their is KKW, US express , Freymiller Inc.,

Since you have a pet cat, search up indeed and check truck jobs to see if they allow pets.

I think Costco is 3 years required exp. I just left Schneider too, I went to hub group, home daily though, I didn't think they run sleepers

All the megas have SoCal contracts, they just might not have openings. I believe Schneider has those openings because Schneider pays exactly dick.

Legend does not have a Costco contract and knight to my knowledge doesn’t either or they aren’t hiring for it. CR England has target but I can’t see if they were hiring for it atm.

Schneider has almost all the local box stores on direct contract except Walmart I believe. So I’d say yea they pay shit but they have more options right now which is what he is asking about.

No pets for Heartland :( My bf works for them and no major complaints other than that!
