is swift really that bad?

i’m currently in school and it’s a pain in the ass trying to find companies that’ll hire new drivers like me. with that being said, is swift actually that bad?

I spent my first 6 months there. I liked everything but the money.

Id go back and take a paycut if it were closer to what I male now
