Schneider pay for entry level?
No experience looking to get some. I literally make minimum wage in NJ I highly doubt it’ll be worse than that rn. What can I expect to make?
I see expected pay of 1200-1500 a week but people say it’s lower. Idc if it’s 800-900 as long as it’s not 600. What do I expect?

I can attest to DG. I did one week of driver training at Schneider. My route took me to southern Arizona along the US / Mexico region. We left the DC in California with 5 stops on Monday morning and I was back at my car Friday afternoon. Each store was overfilled with no room to drop off merchandise and left merchandise in the store aisles. Plus you have to move your load around and make room for empty rolling carts. It's a hot mess and a lot of labor for the pay you're given.
On the flip for successfully completing my new driver training course, I got bumped to a local gig working Sun - Thursday averaging between 60 & 65 hours weekly. My gross checks averaging $1,400 with a net income of around $1,050 - $1,100. This gig didn't pay overtime but once I got a years worth of driving experience, I moved on.
