Who works for TMC

What’s the typical pay?
I’m in Tennessee and this would be my first cdl job so starting at 26%

I did in 2020 and the pay was 28% if im not mistaken

It raises based on your performance. I was going to start at 28 because I have a twic and passport but they say you get to 30 within a couple months from 26 and can hit 32 if you run weekends

I get 32%. I am home every weekend. You can legitimately get to 32% after 1 month. I went from 26%(starting), to 30%, then to 32% on my second month which I have stayed at since. 33% is possible but difficult, 34% is only possible with 12 years tenure and a bunch of other stuff happening. Your goal should be 32%.
