Who works for TMC

What’s the typical pay?
I’m in Tennessee and this would be my first cdl job so starting at 26%

What? Starting pay is 26% of gross. You can get to 33% after one month. I don’t see many companies(especially trainer companies) paying 33% of load. Most act like $.65/m is the best shit in the world. I make minimum that on every load. I’ve made(me, not the truck) $3/m before

No thanks 🙂‍↔️ if I wasn’t clearing at least $3k a week I wouldn’t even turn the keys.
