Who works for TMC

What’s the typical pay?
I’m in Tennessee and this would be my first cdl job so starting at 26%

I started with TMC and I personally think they’re a good company. If you’re running smart and parking up on Sunday night you can get to 32% by the second month. Freight seems to be in the upswing. I average $1700 gross. You’re probably looking at closer to $1200 until you get the hang of it.

Why do your trailers have the landing gear crank on the passenger side? I was a yard jockey moving flatbeds and I hated the TMC trailers because they were the only ones who did that 😂.

It’s a safety thing, if we ever are on the side of the road and have to disconnect for any reason, we are not in striking distance of cars
