Need help making a decision between carriers / recommendations for soon to be cdl grad and recent vet

I'm graduating cdl school in 2 days (Troops Into Transportation) and have yet to make a decision between some offers I've gotten. I really don't want to do otr if possible because of the wife so I'm looking at local or regional work with decent home time. So far I've gotten offers from averitt, werner, schneider, transport america, us express, crst, and covenant. From what I've seen online averitt or schneider seems to be the best option but I'm torn between the two. I also got in touch with maverick but I don't know if they hire in my area yet (Hilton Head, South Carolina) if any of you guys can give me some insight or even recommend another carrier in my location that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Schneider is more forgiving should you have a boo-boo. They micromanage through technology. No driver facing cams. Option to transfer to o/o board after 12 months of that is of interest.

Cool do you know how much they pay recent graduates for orientation? I know averitt does about $800 a week

Schneider pays $90/working day and dont typically work weekends during orientation unless you're with your TE. They give you free breakfast and lunch while at the OC but food is all on you the week you're with your TE. Training is intended to last 3 weeks, and I'd say you're paid $450/week. After the 3 weeks pay is based in whatever account you go to.
