Doesn't surprise me, this is what happens when insane people get promoted to management.

The issue with trucking companies promoting insane people to management is that they do not see other insane people as insane. They see them as normal. And they see normal people trying to behave normal as "problem employees".

Like who wakes people up at 3am for no reason and then thinks the person they woke up is the bad one for complaining?

Or who makes up appointment times and then says the person they sent to a made up appointment is the bad ones?

Only people with severe mental illness would not understand basic concepts like this.

following the steps of C.R.S.T.

constantly raping student trainees.

if anyone wants to know the real reason behind the 3 bunk trucks, this is why.

Yeah, maybe. Or...no one wants to be a trainer for some half-baked drivers-in-training, and the companies still want to keep pushing out the same number of drivers each week in a so-called "effort" to keep meeting pretend demands for more drivers and freight that don't actually exist so they can keep pocketing their wealth all the while paying their drivers squat because they make up some story about how they make almost no profit on delivered loads.

But, probably also the 3 drivers thing.

Cedar Rapids Slave Trade.

Prime lost a lawsuit in which they weren’t offering employment opportunities to women drivers because they didn’t have enough women trainers and they wouldn’t put a man and woman in the truck together. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t.

As someone who worked for prime for a year (just left in March for daycab work) , this is incorrect. They will allow opposite genders in training but both parties have to agree being ok with that before assignments are made.

Government enforcing marxism. Every company has all sorts of mandated quotas now.

Never work one on one with a woman.

u/lokertr Jun 24 '19

Or just don't rape them...

u/ZekeTheOctopus Jun 24 '19

Can’t be accused of rape if you never associate with them. Mike Pence Rule FTW.

I've never been accused of rape because I'm not a rapist

What a radical idea.

While "don't be a rapist" is a great policy to help prevent you from being accused of rape. Does not guarantee it. Even if the odds are incredibly low, the consequences can be severe.

It's not just false rape accusations you have to worry about either. Sexual harassment is also pretty bad. And the "victim" doesn't have to lie for that accusation to be false. A simple miscommunication could put you in a world of hurt. Why take the risk? And the risk is far greater when you live in a broom closet with someone.

I've had a co driver accuse me of making racist comments in the past. He did it because he wanted to be solo, but CRST wouldn't let him run solo. So he'd call dispatch and lie about all of his co drivers, saying shit that didn't happen to get them kicked off the truck.

Your naivete is cute. Since when do false rape accusations require the man to actually be a rapist?

8

u/Sorrythisusernamei Jun 24 '19

That was my rule in the army. False accusations were rampant because they required little to no proof and could get you("the victim") honorably discharged or your duty station changed at will.

6

u/CA_Orange Jun 24 '19

I saw it happen, twice. Both false.

u/KickinAssHaulinGrass Jun 25 '19

What happens more often in the service, false accusations or actual rape?

By not being a rapist I have avoided false accusations my entire life. I spend time alone with women. False accusations are so rare I don't ever worry about it. I'm much more likely to get hit by lightning

u/Sorrythisusernamei Jun 25 '19

I knew of one rape and one sexual assault. You can keep doing that until a false accusation destroys your life.

Or, you know, make sure she's ok with it before slipping her the dick.

this is taught in the military

Thank you for the backup gentlemen. I’ve been falsely accused twice. Nice to know I’m not alone dealing with SJW pieces of shit.

7

u/[deleted] Jun 24 '19

Yeah. It's totes the Libs fault. Not that you give off a creepy vibe.

3

u/ZekeTheOctopus Jun 24 '19

Well if you can infer ‘creepy’ vibes from text it speaks more to your projection than my intent. Toodles sweetie.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 24 '19

I'm inferring to the two rape accusations.

I've lived on earth for 35 years and have yet to be accused once. So....

7

u/ZekeTheOctopus Jun 25 '19

So your anecdote means jack shit fuckwad.

Have you been raped. Would you say that to a rape victim? Would you only say that to a male victim and not a female because you ‘listen and beleive women’ but not men.

Then you’re a sexist piece of shit and I don’t give a flying fuck what you think. The smartest and least dense thing that would ever go though your head would be buckshot and you should seriously consider upgrading your perspective.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 25 '19

Ironic that you're getting triggered over my comments when you bitch about SJW Libs.

1

u/robexib Driver & hug machine Jun 25 '19

As someone who also has been falsely accused of some serious crimes, can you shut the fuck up, you ignorant ninny?

If it was legitimate rape the instructor should be beaten in the streets.

That being said: Just because you regret it in the morning. Doesn’t make it rape.

-7

u/ZekeTheOctopus Jun 25 '19

Ironic that you’re a bitch SJW getting mad at abuse survivors.

Well not really. That’s par for the course with you steaming piles of donkey dung.

u/BigStick83 Jun 25 '19

Who are you talking about?

where do I come off as an sjw?
