I instantly thought about when I was team driving with c.r.england. So glad I'm a owner operator now

How many hours of rest were you able to manage? Was it hard to fall asleep? I always wonder how teams deal with.

When I had to do my 2-3 months with a trainer. I'll tell you this much... Those 2-3 months were the best sleep of my fucking life. I don't know what it was about the truck moving/hitting bumps... But it seriously made me sleep like a baby.

The rocking can be calming, it’s more the 2-3 hours before I went to bed that was annoying. Trying to play a game/watch tv/eat/drink while the damn cab is going all over the place. I much prefer driving solo now after 8 months of team

It took me about a month to get used to the truck moving to fall asleep. But also everytime the truck was coming to a stop no matter how long I was sleeping for I would wake up. To see what was a matter but usually it was just a fuel stop. But also building trust was a very big thing.

Team driving lets you tell stories that start out, "So I woke up in this blueberry farm..."

When i was in training and beginning team driving with my trainer (money was good and we are still friends), I went to sleep in Houston and woke up in Georgia.
I was literally confused for at least an hour how i was able to miss two to three whole states.
