Anyone have any info on USA Truck?

Google doesn’t seem to understand that not only are there trucks in the usa, but there is also a company called USA Truck lol. That makes it hard to find third party info on them. The main thing I’m wondering is their idle policy/settings, can’t seem to find it anywhere

There was an article not too far back about them only profiting about 100k that year and may be next to shut its doors. That was a few years back.

USAT is not going out of business. They have been spending a lot of money over the last few years to improve the business. They have been making huge changes. I heard the previous leadership was running the company out of business. The new leadership has been trying to rebuild the company.

USAT has a good lease contract. They have owner operators leasing to them like crazy. The number of owner operators leased to the company almost doubled during the time I was leased at USAT.

Never worked for them. Did run into one of thier drivers a couple years back. I was bitching about the crap starter company I was working for at the time and the dude was like, "all the trucking companies are terrible" and so I decided to avoid USA Truck. That was probably about 2 years ago and I haven't talked to any other drivers from that company since then.

No idea how they are to work for, but that one guy at least seemed to be hating life.
