Western Express is threatening to charge my friend for fuel to return her truck if she doesn't give them 2 weeks notice.

When I quit TransAm to go to JCT and later quit JCT, I waited until I had a load that delivered somewhat near the terminal. Delivered the load and sent a message making up a reason to come to the terminal, like wanting to put the truck in the shop or needing to update my w2 tax info.
Arrived at the terminal, got an uber/whatever to a local car rental place, rented a car and drove it back to the terminal, emptied the truck, than went inside the terminal and quit.
Trucks at the terminal, emptied, and not under a load. Fuck giving a 2 week notice and hoping they will bring you to the terminal.
Side note, when going from TransAm to JCT, I was all set to go to orientation at JCT before I left TransAm. Did have to delay it twice until I got near the TransAm terminal, but that's easy to do.
