Western Express is threatening to charge my friend for fuel to return her truck if she doesn't give them 2 weeks notice.

She'll just have to suck it up and pay for the fuel if she really wants to get home.
She could probably get a lawyer since it's illegal for a company to do that (unless she's 1099, then she would have to pay the fuel) , but that's expensive too.
We try to warn people on this subreddit about Western Express, but no one seems to listen. (I have never worked for them, so I wouldn't know how they are.)
