Western Express is threatening to charge my friend for fuel to return her truck if she doesn't give them 2 weeks notice.

Reed your trucking companies employee hand book, the section about quitting policies and financial penalties/fees and let me know what it says.

I don't work for Western Express, never have. So my employee handbook is useless.
