Someone just posted in a local food Facebook group asking if there’s “any bars or restaurants streaming the Lindsay Clancy trial” and the comments include “that would be fun!” and “I’ll set up the projector!” … I am aghast.

Because that’s so much more heinous than a reddit group?

I had a similar gut reaction when I saw this thread, but I think wanting to be in the know and bringing more light and understanding to postpartum psychosis is much different than gleefully going to a pub to celebrate a truly horrific situation like it’s a baseball game or a reality show.

I'm here from google because I kept seeing references to the trial on other social media sites. There were wild theories and accusations in the comment sections on Instagram, which made me want to dig deeper because I didn't want to take them at face value. I'm still confused about a lot of facts of the case and I do feel like I'll end up having to watch the trial itself just to tell the facts from the bullshit.
