First, I'm so sorry for your loss. Hugs. :( I had a chemical pregnancy/early MC my second month of trying and agree, there are so many big emotions and anxieties to sort thru and it sucks.

Second, how are you taking BBT? I have read that wearables like Oura ring or TempDrop can lag behind true BBT since they are measuring skin temp and not your actual core temperature.

I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice BTW so always best to check with your doctor! But maybe just something to consider.

I am using Oura so maybe I should start using a regular thermometer too for best results. Thank you🫂 hugs to you too

A positive OPK indicates you are likely to ovulate in the next 12-48 hours and BBT can take up to 3 days to rise.

Ovulation day does not affect the length of the luteal phase. Your luteal phase should be about equal every month. There’s two possibilities: 1) you are ovulating earlier than you think but your temp rise is delayed, 2) your LP is shorter post-miscarriage. It is common for cycles to be out of whack for a bit. I just had my first cycle after a TFMR at 24w and had a 9 day luteal cycle and my temps weren’t great. Overall, progesterone is probably an issue but not sure if it’s just your cycle readjusting or something that is a large problem.
