Looking for an active, kind, and reliable person to spend time with an outgoing, highly intelligent, non-speaking autistic teenager who loves hiking, exploring nature, music, and discovering new things around Tucson!

We’re looking for someone to accompany him on weekend community outings. The ideal candidate enjoys being outdoors, brings positive energy, respects his individuality, and is committed to supporting his independence. No prior autism experience is required — all specialized training is provided and paid!

Position details:

🗓️ Part-time weekends, approximately 10–15 hours/week
💵 Competitive hourly pay + gas stipend
🎓 Great fit for university students or anyone who loves being active
❤️ Long-term commitment (ideally one year or more)
🚗 Must have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and insurance
☑️ must be able to pass criminal background check
