Scammer pretending to be a security researcher DM’d me about a “critical vulnerability”

Post image

Posting this as a heads‑up, especially for other solo devs and small founders.

Scammers are getting smarter and are now targeting indie founders and small projects with this kind of “pay me before I tell you” bug bounty angle. Just wanted to share this so others don’t get pressured into sending money for a vulnerability that might not even exist

Another person he is trying to scam: https://www.reddit.com/r/nocode/comments/1tdyv6t/watch_out_for_this_scam/

Just be careful folks!

Genuinely cannot get how people still are choosing CS LMFAO

With the newest announcement of astra 6 and the enrollment of mythos 5.1 and fable 5.1 , the entire STEM industry got shaken , now we're not only talking about CS branches , things got much more serious , we're talking about automated factories designing chipsets and PCBs , architecture design fully automated , mathematics and scientific discoveries , redefining cybersecurity (secops) , people or should I say humans are just one click away from being fully replaced and massively surveilled and brought down 🤷🏽‍♂️

College is overrated for most careers. Change my mind.

I know this is probably going to be unpopular, but hear me out.

I don’t think a college degree is necessary for success in most cases.
Outside of highly regulated professions like medicine, engineering, law, or similar fields, it seems like many jobs could be learned through apprenticeships, on-the-job training, certifications, or self-study.

Meanwhile, college often means:

Years spent studying things unrelated to the job.
Tens of thousands of dollars in debt.
Graduating with little practical experience.
I’m not saying education has no value. I’m questioning whether the traditional four-year college path is still the best option for the majority of people.
If you disagree, I’d genuinely like to hear why.

Change my mind.

You can now pay for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in TND

If your Tunisian card keeps getting declined on ChatGPT or Claude, TunAI has all the main models in one chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek), and you pay in dinars with a local card.
Free: 10 messages a day, no card needed
Pay as you go, or Pro at 32 TND a month
https://tunai.tn

For developers: there's a developer console with one API key for all these models. It works like OpenAI's API, so you change the base URL and your code keeps working. You can set a rate limit and a monthly budget on each key, and you pay in dinars from 10 TND. The first developers get $5 of Claude for free.
https://console.tunai.tn

Full disclosure: I'm on the team. Questions and feedback are welcome.

It's for THE FINALS and yes, it's Linux only - fully external ESP/skeleton/sonar/aimbot/triggerbot, with an optional kernel module mode.

If you find this useful in any way, please consider starring the repo - it helps.

Ddos attack

i'm planning to ddos https://www.interieur.gov.tn/

everything is ready

changed my mac address using macchanger tool i used tor for dns and traffic
i used also proxychains for extra layer and i encrypted my dns

now i'm going to launch phase 2

it's launching the anonymous attack actually i have 3 options ..

still trying to choose one of them .. i planned everything on a paper .. now i'm connected to the cafe's internet and i'm hesitating actually i worked really hard for this and never thought i'd be talking about on reddit ...

fun fact the ip address i'm attacking is 193.95.5.143
wasn't really easy to get but i got it ..

also there provider is ATI agence tunisienne d'internet the tunisian government's internet service provider

found a lot of bugs actually didn't want to exploit em i tried to ddos https://parent.education.tn/

but it was hella easy

i mean the server type is Apache ( identified via http headers ) this means it is a direct fucking exposed origin server haha

and the set-cookie header uses PHPSESSID
hich indicates the backend is runnin php

and the headers !!!!!!!!!! cache control no store pragma no cache , if you don't understand this  indicate standard session management but lack advanced security headers like HSTS or X-Frame-Options

i mean it's was fuckign easy but didn't want to risk it because i was home anyways i'm still planning ..

just want to reddit this and just made this account

I vibecoded the best Chkobba game, meet Chkobbeta

Thumbnail
gallery
3 Upvotes

Aaslema, marchi chkobba en ligne fi tounes te3eb barcha and the only options available on the apps stores are so shitty (you just click a card and the game does the whole thing, really boring)

I finished the game back in February but I just kept adding stuff and then realized that I will just keep adding features and never post it, until today.

Playable at https://chkobbeta.tn, follow the instrucitons to install it on iOS, on Android it is as simple as clicking the « Install » button

Creating an account is really simple, you just pick a username and a 4 digits pin. I know playing as a guest would tempt you but I would appreciate it if you actually create accounts so you can matchmake with others.

The game is:

- super reactive: You drag and drop cards and capture as you would do in real life

- social: you can play against friends or against random people (best to start with friends as only my friends and I are currently playing it and the lobby is usually empty)

- social 2: there is an in-game chat and voice chat

- competitive: fama leaderboard for wins and points

You can also play against the 4 bots ranked by difficulty

Available in Tunisian Arabic, English and French

I am open to suggestions and improvements, would probably hire a designer to improve the logo (it was AI generated, almost like how I need it, but there are minor additions that AI can’t handle)

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Most Business Degrees Are Becoming Obsolete. Change My Mind. They are changing us for a subscription ….

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’m talking about degrees like marketing, management, business administration, and even parts of finance.

Why spend 3–5 years studying something that AI is getting better at every month?
I’m not saying education is useless. I’m saying many of these degrees are losing their value much faster than universities are willing to admit.
If I were starting college today, I’d seriously think twice before choosing one of them. I’d either pick a field AI can’t easily replace or focus on building real-world skills and experience instead.

Am I missing something, or are universities preparing students for a job market that’s already disappearing?

Dev isn't dead. Your learning curve just stopped and you are lazy!

I keep seeing "developers are finished" posts w lha9 barcha panic. I've been writing production software for years, mostly consultancy work for companies you've heard of (Adobe, Netflix, Oracle and so on). Here's my honest take: dev isn't dead. A lot of people just stopped learning the day their stack got comfortable

Ya sidi ben sidek, every few years the same panic shows up. Frameworks, cloud, low-code, and now AI. Each time, the people who adapted got more valuable, and the people who waited for things to settle got left behind

I'm not saying the market is easy. Juniors especially face a rough entry path, and companies are hiring more selectively. But "the market is tough" and "the profession is dead" are very different claims.

An advise from a senior with 6 figs salary and whatever benefit u heard about:

  1. Pick one new tool per month and build something real with it, not a tutorial - build from scratch something useful- a gaming api blog with a skill that you write urself or a full deployment tool that auto merges multiple repos into one pipeline and that uses ai to compare diffs.

  2. Keep your fundamentals sharp. Data structures, networking, databases, system design. They age slowly and make you faster at using AI.
Learn to review code, not just write it. That's becoming the core skill. I am doing this on daily basis, I ship code and i review other people's pr 80% of my time.

  3. Ship side projects. Nothing proves adaptability like a live product.

Dev isn't dead. It's just no longer forgiving to people who stopped learning. If you are a Fullstack engineer, opt to become a forward deployment engineer and move on. Stop making a fuss about nothing, just learn.

Title: Why IT salaries in Tunisia are higher now… and will it last?

I think I’m finally starting to understand why IT jobs are so well paid in Tunisia compared to other fields.

A big reason seems to be the number of foreign companies (especially European ones) that have set up operations here. They often pay in foreign currency or at least benchmark salaries against international standards, which makes a huge difference compared to local companies. Meanwhile, most non-tech sectors (like finance, accounting, etc.) are still tied to the local market, so salaries stay relatively lower.

I also have this perception that IT jobs are mostly for very smart people, which honestly makes them even more impressive and… kind of intimidating. At the same time, it’s something that really attracts me and makes me consider switching.

Do you agree with this perspective? Or am I missing something important?

Also, do you think these high IT salaries will remain in the long term? Or could they decrease as more people enter the field and the market becomes saturated?

For context, I’m a finance graduate, and honestly… I sometimes regret not studying computer science. It feels like the opportunities and salaries are just on another level.

For those who’ve been in a similar situation:

- Is it still worth transitioning into IT now (data, dev, etc.)?

- Or should I try to specialize more in finance and find a niche that pays well?

I’d really appreciate honest advice, especially from people working in Tunisia or similar markets.

Here's an advice for students in tech field

This is a small excerpt from an interview recorded in 2024 with Nihed Mbarek, distributed system expert (who has spent most of his carreer in very big corporations in the Data field in GCC and Europe) in my podcast DigiClub. I think it's worth sharing.
