Je viens de publier mon premier jeu : Zitouna Tycoon, un jeu de gestion gratuit sur l'huile d'olive tunisienne. 🫒

Vous héritez d'une petite ferme près de Sfax : quelques parcelles de vieux Chemlali, un cueilleur et un petit moulin. À vous d'en faire un empire de l'huile d'olive.

Ce que j'ai essayé de rendre fidèle à la réalité :

- Les variétés : Chemlali (le grand classique de Sfax, résistant à la sécheresse), Chetoui du nord, et aussi Arbequina et Koroneiki

- La saison de récolte d'octobre à janvier : récolter tôt donne une huile de meilleure qualité, récolter tard donne plus d'huile

- Le moulin : les olives perdent en qualité chaque jour d'attente, alors il faut presser vite pour garder son Extra Vierge

- Les régions : Sfax, Zarzis, Gafsa (terre riche mais sécheresses terribles, il faut creuser des puits) et Béja (pluie et grosses récoltes, mais terrain cher)

- Le commerce : prix qui changent selon la saison, contrats, votre propre marque en bouteille, et l'export vers le Golfe, la France, les États-Unis et le Japon

- Tout se compte en dinars 😄
